• The start date for entering grades is May 30, 2007.
• When first opening the Report Card Maker program for 3rd trimester grades, the first thing that teachers must do is "Check for Updates" to update the Report Card Maker program.
• When teachers are finished working on the report card, they should always "Upload to Server" on their work computer. If they work on grades at home, they should upload their report card when they get to school.

Also, some teachers may not see their 2nd trimester grades in their RCM report cards if they had difficulty with the RCM files during the 2nd trimester. For their reference during grading, they do have a paper copy record of the 2nd trimester grades printed out in the cume files. Since there is a paper report in the cume files, teachers do not need to re-enter those 2nd trimester grades on RCM (unless they want to).
