GENERAL
1. Q: Where can I see a list of faculty and staff at my school? BACK
1. A: Go to SY430 and enter your school number. Listed alphabetically is your staff of teachers (T) and office staff (L, etc). To search for a name, enter last name in CAPS and 'Enter'.
2. Q: Where can I go to see student information at my school? BACK
2. A: Go to ST420 and enter your school code. Listed alphabetically is your students. Press 'Enter' to page down list. Search for student info by entering student's last name and 'Enter'.
3. Q: Where can I go to see a student's enrollment history at SAUSD? BACK
3. A: Go to ST410 and enter the student's ID number. It will show the student's enrollment history for the current year. To see all years enrollment history, remove the School Year and 'Enter'. Shown is all years enrollment history at SAUSD.
SCHEDULING
4. Q: How can I find out how many students are enrolled in a class? BACK
4. A: Go to SC269 and enter the course name. All sections are listed for this course with the section number, teacher, and number of students enrolled in that class.
5. Q: Where can I see the classes a teacher is assigned to teach? BACK
5. A: Go to SC461, enter teacher ID. Enter S1 or S2 in Term Code to view only one term.

6. A: Go to SC455, enter student ID and 'Enter'. To see only one term, enter S1 or S1 in Term Cd.
7. Q: Where can I see a history of all added and dropped classes for a student? BACK
7. A: Go to SC250, Enter student ID, choose assignment "ALL" and 'Enter'.
8. Q: Where can I change teacher assignments before school has started? BACK
8. A: Go to SC269, enter course ID. Choose section for the teacher change and click on the teacher list box. Choose the new teacher and 'Enter'.
9. Q: Where can I change teacher assignments after school has started? BACK
9. A: Go to SC260, enter course ID and section. Double click on current teacher in "Teacher Assignment" box and press the "Delete" button. Now enter the new teacher ID# and press 'Enter'.
10. Q: Where can I see how many students have requested a particular course? BACK
10. A: Go to SC431 to see number of sections created for each course and number of students of each grade level requesting the course. Click on "Totals" button to show total student requests of all grade levels and gender breakdown.
11. Q: Where can I see a list of students assigned to a class? BACK
11. A: Go to SC255 and enter course and section. Effective date is the current date. To see the class roster on a previous date, enter that date in "Effective Date".
12. Q: Where can I go to see how many seats are available for a class? BACK
12. A: Go to SC463 which shows a alphabetically listing of courses. Enter the course in the "Next" field and 'Enter'. Shown is all the sections of that course and seats available (+) or overloaded (-). Choose "Room/Tchr" in "Display" to see room and teacher for each section.
GRADES
13. Q: Where can I see the final grades a students has earned in their classes for a year? BACK
13. A: Go to GR480 and enter Student ID#. Screen will also show student's absences, tardies, cummunlative and period GPA and rank.
14. Q: What screen can I enter grades for the students in a class? BACK
14. A: Go to GR268. To enter grades, the grading window must be open and you must have permission to enter grades. Enter "Course", "Section", Grading Period and choose "Grade Type" (C-Citizenship, G-Grading Period, or ZZ-Final Grade). Enter grades & comments.
15. Q: Where can I enter grades for an individual student? BACK
15. A: Go to GR280. Enter school code, school year, card format (grading period) and student ID#. Now chick "Chg" box, enter grade, then "Enter".
16. Q: Where can I make a correction on an already given grade? BACK
16. A: Go to GR275 (if you have access to change grades). Enter school code, school year, student ID# and grading period. Click the "Chg" box, enter the corrected grade and "Enter".
ATTENDANCE
17. Q: Where can I see the attendance taken for a class? BACK
17. A: Go to AT231. Enter your school ID, school year, course, section, date and "Enter".
The resulting screen shows a roster of students in the class and the attendance (A or T) that was submitted for that date.
18. Q: Where can I see an individual student's attendance by period? BACK
18. A: Go to AT230. Enter school year, school code, student ID# and "Enter". The resulting screen shows dates of absence or tardy for each period with reason code (if present).
19. Q: Where can I go to see a brief summary of a student's attendance? BACK
19. A: Go to AT432 and enter school year, school code and student ID#. Resulting screen shows all the dates, periods of absence or tardy and reason codes if entered. Optionally you can enter course, section and period for more specific information.
