Mac: Click on the form you want to download. A window will appear that allows you to save this file. NOTE where it is being saved.
You can move between grayed fill-in areas by the Tab key or clicking in the grayed box. You can also click in the Check Boxes to select/deselect them. Save or print your finished form as you would any other document.
