The Santa Ana Unified School District's Title I Supplemental Educational Services Program provides an excellent opportunity. Eligible students may receive free tutoring services from state-approved Supplemental Educational Service providers. Parents select from a list of state-approved Supplemental Educational Service providers.

There are different types of Supplemental Educational Service Programs. Parents may choose a program appropriate for their student. Types of Supplemental Educational Service Programs include: small group instruction at school sites, one on one or small group tutoring at private locations, one on one tutoring in the home or at a public library, and internet-based instruction.

Eligible Title I Schools have been in Title I Program Improvement for two or more years. The eligible elementary schools are Adams, Davis, Diamond, Edison, Franklin, Fremont, Garfield, Heninger, Hoover, Jackson, Kennedy, King, Lincoln, Lowell, Martin, Monte Vista, Pio Pico, Remington, Romero-Cruz, Roosevelt, Sepulveda, Walker, Washington and Wilson. The eligible intermediate schools are Carr, Lathrop, McFadden, Sierra, Spurgeon, Villa and Willard. The eligible secondary schools are Century, Chavez, Community Day, Griset and Valley.
